How do I sign up?

It depends on the trade, job size, and metro. A small handyman task lead typically costs a few dollars; a large remodel lead costs more. You see the price for every lead before you accept, so you only pay for the ones worth your time.What if a lead is fake or doesn't respond?
Report it from the lead in your dashboard. If it is genuinely fake, duplicated, out of scope, or unresponsive within our refund window, you get the credits back automatically.How do I get paid?
For now, homeowners pay you directly in cash once the job is complete — HeyAmigo does not process payments yet. Lock in the final price with the homeowner in the in-app chat before you start, so the agreement is in writing. In-app payments and payouts are on the roadmap.Do I need a license?
Where the trade and state require one — yes. We verify it before approval and display it on your profile. Some trades (e.g. handyman work below state caps, basic cleaning) do not require a license; we follow each state's rules.Can I bring my own customers onto HeyAmigo?
Yes. Existing customers you invite to use HeyAmigo do not count as platform leads, so you do not pay a lead fee for them. They get the in-app messaging, scheduling, and review features the same as anyone else.
